Craving, satisfied
I finally gave in to my recent scallop craving. And man, am I glad I did. I made a lovely appetizer last night of seared scallops in lemon-shallot sauce.
I think I have a new favorite preparation for scallops. And the best part: It was so easy!
And why no posts on how deep and off of what beach you got the scallops?
