Currying flavor


I wanted to make this roasted cauliflower with curry the other day.

I ended up creating a whole meal around it.

It's easy and it's tasty. Which is a tough combination to beat.

The curry is not strong here. But if it is not your thing, just make the recipe without the curry.

It's still good.
